The host was responsive when I messaged, was proactive with sending rental info, AND had a "menu" for rental rules, wifi codes and all the things. The tv instructions were easy to understand and we enjoyed watching The Ranch on Netflix! The bathroom had enough room and shower had the perfect warm water! The bedroom had the coolest lamps!
