    The Space:

    Discover Charleston charm with a modern touch at Azaleas on Spring – Suite A! This stylish retreat offers a spacious layout and a welcoming front porch. Just 2 blocks from King Street it is the perfect for exploring the city's best dining, shopping, and nightlife.



    Please note: The home consists of three completely separate and private suites—A, B, and C. Each suite has its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space. The suites are not internally connected.



    This listing is for Suite A – the entire ground floor.

    • Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch.



    • The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



    • Onsite parking fits 1 standard vehicle or 2 small cars. If your oversized vehicle doesn’t fit upon arrival, we offer free street parking passes.



    The Neighborhood:

    This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

    • For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



    • There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Beautiful, iconic Charleston place in an awesome location! We loved our stay here. Perfect for 3 couples with a bath in each bedroom and with gorgeous furnishings. We loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass wine. This location is amazing with excellent restaurants and things to do and see within easy walking distance. Tom and Hannah were fabulous hosts, always in communication with quick responses and offers to help if anything was needed. This beautiful property has my highest recommendation. Tom and Hannah have created a great place to land while staying in Charleston. Not only was it one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed in, the location can't be beat. Easy access to everything, even great options to ealk to. Beds were so comfortable, I asked where they were from as I need a new mattress. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check in and out are super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to choose staying here again if I return to the area.

This was an AMAZING property and my favorite VRBO I've ever booked. Location was awesome and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 3 adults.
