Located just steps from the beach, watch the pelicans fly over from this lovely home boasting full ocean views! This 5-bedroom island home features an open living area with hardwood floors and a spacious kitchen. On the first floor, the living room offers a spectacular ocean view as well as comfortable seating, a 42" flat panel TV, an entertainment center with and direct access to the covered porch and boardwalk beyond. Also on this floor is the dining room with a table and chairs to seat 8 people and a sliding glass door to the porch. The open, airy kitchen features a largely connected countertop; making meal preparation and serving the kids a breeze. The full-size, side-by-side refrigerator, smooth top electric range with a built-in microwave above, and dishwasher make preparing your favorite home-cooked recipes easy. Four guest bedrooms on the first floor accommodate 10 guests. One oceanfront bedroom consists of two bunk beds, doubles on the bottom and twins on the top, and private access to the covered ocean-view porch. It shares a full hall bath with tub/shower combo with the second and third guest bedrooms having queen beds. The Fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds, a 27" TV, and a separate hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The laundry facility is conveniently located and offers full-size appliances. The second floor consists of a huge primary suite. The sliding glass doors and windows offer one of the best ocean views in the house! This bedroom suite comes complete with a king bed, private balcony, and a large master bath. A sofa for additional seating offers a spot for relaxation or for viewing the 54" flat-panel TV. The primary bath is spacious and bright. It features a large soaking garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and 2 skylights. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was more than hoped for. The location was phenomenal. Access to the was perfect and the beach itself was the nicest flat linear I've been on. The house is located to many restaurants in walking distance. The food was great. The house itself is well designed for privacy and convenient to bathrooms. The view from the master upstairs is unbelievable, the downstairs has a very spacious view from the kitchen, dining and living room. The 5th bedroom also has a wonderful view and access to the porch and beach. Again this home is beautiful inside and out. It is very functional and beautiful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful, but the house isn't up to the standards of other beachfront homes on Isle of Palms. The furniture is tired and the house appears to be in the midst of a remodel, fireplaces don't work, sofa is held up by a wood block. Reviewer Comments: As always with anything on Ocean Blvd, the location was terrific. This most recent stay was at 906 Ocean.The home was not in great repair, especially the plumbing fixtures and drains in the kitchen and the master bath. Loose fixtures and poor draining (master bath) was terrible. Fixture were loose, and I am not sure how your cleaning crew can supposedly release a house for the next guest if they did not notice this while preparing the property.The hose bib in the basement leaked when turned on and the AC unit drain line was clogged, causing the AC to not function properly.For close to $15,000\. a week I just expected a nicer place with functioning fixtures and appliances.I believe I have renter from you at b0th Belle Vista (712 Ocean) and recently Pelican Watch at 906\. I have never had a drain in the master bath that drains in either place.
