It’s an amazing condo. I’m not sure why there were some negative comments on it, but we had NOTHING but positive things to say about it. Plenty of room for my family and condo was very clean. The location was perfect. It is a very quiet property. The beach is pristine and not overcrowded We enjoyed the pool and sitting out on the 3 decks. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities and starter supplies. All rooms were clean and stocked with extra blankets and pillows. There is a grocery store and restaurants close by. No complaints about the condo. Only complaint is the pool closing before it's dark outside. I understand that to be an HOA policy but it's disappointing. Rules say no loud noise after 10pm, then the pool should be open until at least 10pm. The beach is really nice. We had an unfortunate incident. The first day the pool was closed because the telephone at the pool was not working, but it was fixed quickly no umbrellas allowed at the pool so no shade areas at the pool would be nice if they had some areas of shade around the pool The unit itself was great lived up to expectations. Everything in the kitchen was neat and organized easy to find things. The only thing they could improve on is replacing the front door. It was not easy to get in when you locked the door. We had to try two or three times it kept getting caught, the door is in bad shape. The lock is even worse. ##### David M.
