Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can\`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals! The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book. Also, when I pulled the bed out there is a big gap between the wall and top of mattress. The radiator behind the couch is filthy. The stairs were way to steep. My Mom is 91 and was a problem. If you have the desire, it’s a pleasant 30 minute walk to the shops on King St and the waterfront park. Easy access to both Mt Pleasant and North Charleston as well. The layout was great, very open. Bedrooms were plenty big, and having two bathrooms was a bonus. We were able to walk to restaurants and King St. was a short 10 minute walk.
