It was very clean upon arrival with plenty of supplies. We noticed a broken coffeemaker our first morning and a call to the help number soon remedied that with a new Keurig. Charleston so cooling the second floor is difficult in any home. There are standing fans which helped. Decor and cleanliness were excellent. En-suite bathrooms and showers are really nice. We also enjoyed the walking distance to King St. Parking is right on site which is a huge plus. I hope they will consider upgrading to cotton sheets instead of microfiber ones. Current sheets have no breathability. They are uncomfortably warm in the hot weather. ##### JANET E. Two parking spaces was a necessity and this property fit the bill. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/living area good size for 4 adults. Sofa upholstery could stand some sprucing is only suggestion.
