Perfectly located Oceanfront and directly beside the Folly Beach Pier; you can park and never need to drive during your visit, or hop in the car and be in downtown Charleston in 20-25 minutes. If you like to fish, walk next door to the pier. Folly Beach town center is one block away with many local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Excellent accommodations for a small family, couple's vacation, or “girls or boys” getaway. Sleeps 6\. You have everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. You will LOVE the swing bed on the porch!! The master has Oceanfront view & access to the balcony, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with garden tub, shower & dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, private bath with tub & shower, & TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, attached 3rd full bath with tub & shower, & TV. The living room has a large flat screen TV, & access to the covered balcony facing the ocean! Washer & dryer in-unit. Free high-speed WIFI & Cable. The unit has 2 reserved parking spaces & access to storage downstairs for your beach items. There is an outdoor shower & beach towels provided for your use. Direct beach access is right beside the building & there is a lifeguard station directly behind the condo on the beach. There is an elevator right outside your door to make moving luggage and groceries a breeze. This unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. \*Pet fee is $125 plus tax, per dog, with a 2 dog maximum. Must be 25 years old or older to rent.
