This second-floor rental features a king bed with high-end linens & all the comforts of a boutique hotel (quality bath products & towels, hair dryer, iron, wi-fi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen. The Space: Set back from the street, this second floor apartment is accessible by (spiral stairs). The 1 King bedroom suite features a full bathroom, full kitchen, and living area. It provides a true Charleston experience for all guests. Easily walkable to MUSC, College of Charleston, King Street’s most popular retail and restaurants, & more. The property has free off-street parking for one car directly beside the home. Operating Permit: OP2025-06529 Guest Access: You will be able to access the entire space. No sharing of spaces or surfaces with other guests. To access the space from the driveway, walk down the brick sidewalk on the left side of the house to the rear. Go up the spiral stair to the deck to access the space. If you have any concerns, of course we are happy to help you with luggage going up the stairs! Enjoy!! You also have access to a shared patio on proterty with big Green Egg charcoal grill, charcoal being complimentary of course. \*Please note this rental is located on the second floor and only accessible by (spiral staircase!) The Neighborhood: Visitors can enjoy convenient dining options directly next door At Southbound and Ladles Soup/ Across from the apartment; indulge in the city’s most charming bakery – Sugar Bakeshop - located just across the street from the rental; and gab your morning coffee and bagels just down the street at Holey City Bagels! Many of the city’s most notable eateries are located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, or an easy walk from the rental. O-Ku, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, Chez Nous, The Darling Oyster Bar, The Grocery, Indaco, The Ordinary, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Warehouse, Chubby Fish. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, pedicab, horse-drawn carriage-by appointment from Palmetto Carriage, or old-fashioned walking are the ways to get around. Free shuttle around the peninsula is available only 3 blocks away on King Street. Other Things to Note: We are three blocks from King Street. Cannon Street dead ends into King where you would be right in the middle of all the activity - many nice restaurants such as The Darling, the Grocery, Ordinary, Endaco, good places to have drinks like Stars, the Belmont, Midtown, Prohibition. There are also great niche restaurants closer than King Street. Pick the experience - fine dining to relaxed outdoor dining, it is here. You could look up Hominy Grill, Chez Nous, Trattoria Lucca, Fuel, Goulette. Since Cannon Street (and Spring Street) are the only legal areas in the city to host short term rentals in Charleston, you will be in good company here. Interaction with Guests: We like to meet our guests when the timing works out upon arrival and get our visitors settled. But when timing doesn't match up we'll leave a key for them to access the rental at their convenience. I’m a stickler about cleanliness of rentals and this unit was so clean. The couch was comfy, the linens on the bed were nice, the location was great. We traveled with our 18 month old and the owners graciously provided a high chair, pack n play, and toys which were delivered to the room for us. The only thing we didn’t like was the circular outside staircase to the outside.
