Everything you need is there. The owners answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Which you're going to need that sun is hot. I traveled with my mom and two teen daughters. The villa was the perfect size and we had plenty of room for all of us and then some. The lagoon and was fun to look at and see fish and turtles. The beach is just a short walk and really easy to manage with the paved sidewalks and deck ramp to the beach. Alec was the manager we communicated with and he was very helpful with all of our needs! Our stay was perfect! The unit is very clean, updated nicely, and very comfortable! Convenient to Charleston as well as Mount Pleasant where we attended wedding.
