Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The unit was amazing. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Parking was around the corner but wasn’t a huge issue. The area where the unit was located in was not very desirable and is my only complaint. If this unit was in a different part of town it would be perfect. Communication with host was prompt and responsive. Our overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely visit Charleston again.
A friend and I stayed here for a few nights and had a great time! Excellent location/walkability to downtown Charleston. Plenty of great coffee shops around. Clean and comfortable spot! Incredibly easy check in/checkout process with great instructions! Would stay again!
This apartment is comfortable and in a great location. It is decorated nicely and has everything you need. It's on the second floor so be prepared to cau your luggage up, and the parking is a couple houses away.Parking you're not prepared

Comfortable and quiet. All the basics needed for a couple of day visit.
The interior is charming and comfortable. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud! The location feels like you're off the beaten path but you really aren't, once you start to walk around you find you are very close to great food and shops.
Great location, allows for walking to everything. Wonderful bed and coffee. Manager was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Parking was very close to our unit.
Upper unit conveniently on king street which makes everything walkable. The two bedrooms with a tv in each make it great for two couples. The units accommodations are more than enough for an extended stay (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, pots/pans, etc). Host accommodated dropping luggage early which was very helpful. Would recommend checking out if you have a smaller group and want to be walking distance to places.
Beautifully decorated upstairs rental. Close to businesses and restaurants. We were there during major construction across the street which started at 7 am daily. Downstair tenents were loud and inconsiderate.
The apartment is very well decorated and maintained. Extremely clean. Very close to King street. We enjoyed using the bicycles to explore around the market area. We reached out to the owner 2 times and received quick replies both times.
We had the best time at this unit! Definitely enough room for 4 people even with only 1 bathroom. We walked almost everywhere. It’s close to amazing restaurants and great shopping. Our favorite restaurant by far was Felix Cocktails Et Cuisine, it is just a short 6 minute walk - highly recommend if staying at this unit. We felt totally safe even walking back at night. Parking is not as far down at all as you would think and the lot feels secure and safe! Would definitely stay here again.

Spotless, excellent location, well appointed, newly renovated 2 story house. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice linens provided, as well. Easy walk to all kinds of shopping and dining. Parking for upstairs unit is off-site but only 2 doors down; we could see our car from a bedroom window. Don’t judge the beauty of this place based on some of the surrounding structures - it really is a great place to stay! Highly recommend.
Very nice place and great communication with host company
Very very good communication and responsiveness. Appreciated the flexibility to get in a tad early and check out a bit late. Beds and linens super comfortable and place was clean. The neighborhood is up and coming for sure and has a ton of good restaurants within walking distance -- nice walk down King Street. The only downside is that Line Street can be kind of loud and for those not used to traffic noise etc. might find it a problem sleep-wise. Parking was easy (two doors down). Love that its close to The Daily (coffee and bfast/lunch) place.
The property was great. Extremely clean and easy access to everything. The only things that could use improvement is the parking in the back. We were concerned about our vehicle and the AC. The AC cooled well in the living room, but both bedrooms was hot. I think a little extra AC or a bigger unit would be beneficial.

Someone tried to break into a car across the street at 1am and a fight broke out. Cops showed up 15 mins later. We were really scared. I expected the area to be nicer but hard to tell from the pictures. Our first time in Charleston, so wasn't familiar with the areas. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with small kids. The house inside was nice and clean and well put together though.
