Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and no parties. Welcome to Starr's Folly! This classic 3BD/2BA Folly Beach home can accommodate up to 6 guests and is conveniently located only 1 block from Center Street, where guests can peruse all the local shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby! Guests of Starr's Folly will enjoy a private fenced-in yard that is perfect for pups (pets must receive approval) and is equipped with a stone patio that includes seating. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historical exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! The Space Bedroom 1: Queen, Ceiling Fan, Cable TV Bedroom 2: Queen, Ceiling Fan Bedroom 3: 2 Twins, Ceiling Fan Living Room: Flat Screen TV, Cable Approximate Sq. Footage: 1092 Announcement The City of Folly Beach has announced a new side walk project starting March 3rd, that will run until Aug 30th, 2025\. They will be starting at West Hudson, and progressing South towards the beach. This project may impact the street parking near this property, and ability to drive down certain streets as work is being done. They will not be working at night, after 6pm, before 8am during the week, or on the weekends. Please note that this project is completely controlled by the City and as updates are sent to our office, we will do our best to update guests. Thank you for your understanding. Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway next to the house. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. Pets considered: Our office must approve all pets before you arrive. Upon approval, a $150 (plus tax) per pet nonrefundable pet fee is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee is paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pets max, no more than 60 lbs. each, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees before arrival. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 12 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner's business license. Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. Very clean, perfectly located well appointed beach house! Fenced in yard was perfect for outdoor socializing and dog play. A short walk to the beach, Bert's Market, and Chico Feo! Who could ask for anything more?!? Park your car and walk everywhere! Appreciated the two full baths for our fun gals weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again. This is my second year staying in Folly, which is one of my favorite beaches! 3 blocks from the ocean, and 2 blocks from Berts Mart and Chico Feo, the hippest bar around! Close to everything and a fantastic beach to call home for 2 weeks. The house was perfect! Immaculate, spacious 3 bedroom, with a nice outdoor, fenced in space for the pup. And, I have to say that it was a pleasure dealing with the rental company and owners, who were kind enough to accommodate sudden change in plans due to Hurricane Debby, which unfortunately cut our trip short. But this place is fantastic and I would definitely bring my crew- and fido- again! ##### Dave W. Only a few short blocks to both the beach and shops/restaurants. The house is a great layout, clean and well equipped, and even has a fenced backyard (privacy) to enjoy. Run out of provisions? No problem. Just walk two blocks to Berts. This cute little house was the perfect size for our family get away, complete with fenced in yard with privacy. Those needing assistance to and from the beach and shops can walk just around the corner to rent a golf cart. House is clean and comfortable. We will be staying there again! This house was perfect for our group, had a bed for everyone and 2 bathrooms. The yard was perfect for the dog to run around and play. It was a short walk to the beach, to the river, and to the main drag of restaurants and shops. Living room was comfy, kitchen was stocked with basics. It was easy to get in and out of the house. Far enough from all the activity but close enough to walk to. Perfect for dogs! Having the gated porch to the door made it easy for me to leave my dogs as I was bringing things in before allowing them inside. The backyard is also perfect for dogs. For the most part, the house was very clean but there were some areas that needed extra attention. The furniture is fine, definitely rental property furniture. The mattresses were comfortable. Inventory of the kitchen needs to be done as it is lacking some essentials. I would rent here again if I were to bring my dogs.
