Camellias – Suite A is part of a newly reimagined historic home just 3 blocks from King Street. Blending timeless architecture with polished comfort, this inviting retreat offers beautifully designed interiors and shared access to a courtyard with hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day in the Holy City.
** Please note the home is divided into 2 completely separate units - A (downstairs) & B (upstairs). They share the common courtyard space & hot tub, but each has a private entrance with dedicated outdoor seating **

Guest Access:
• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A (entire ground floor) and the front / side porch. The courtyard, hot tub, and parking is shared with Suite B (second floor).
• The house has electronic door locks and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.
• Parking: On-site for 1 vehicle.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 3 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.

• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions.
• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown.

• No parties or events.

• This home is divided into 2 separate units. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suite B is located on the second floor. They share the courtyard, hot tub, and parking area.
• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.
• This home is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of this risk.
• For security purposes only there are 5 exterior cameras located on the property. One monitoring each ground floor entrance (front door, side door, back door), one monitoring the courtyard (including the hot tub), and one monitoring the rooftop.
• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Great place and a great location! Walking distance to King St. and the home has a great southern charm vibe! Awesome little bagel shop right across the street that was delicious as well.
Beautiful home. Beds are super comfy. Close to king and w restaurants, bakery, bagels steps away. Hosts are super responsive. So nice to have some staples in the house. Coffee sugar, olive oil, couple spices. Kitchen is well stocked w all you could need for cooking. We had fun playing some of the records on the record player. We would definitely stay again.
This property was perfect! So cute with all king beds and 4 bathrooms. Mattresses were comfy too. We were on a girls trip with 8 people. So cute and stocked with extras like hair dryer, curling irons flat irons and a fully stocked kitchen. Communication was great with Tom and Hannah. I also left a bracelet by accident and the cleaning staff found it and they are shipping it to me. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend.
