The Space: The interior features an extra large primary bedroom with a King bed, a fireplace (non-working), and an en suite full bathroom. The Queen Bedrooms offer a large space, a fireplace (non-working), and antique furnishings. Across the hall you'll find a charming bedroom with a Queen bed and plenty of closet space. Rooms share the full bath in the hallway. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The large living area features a queen-size sofa bed. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes open shelving and new appliances, as well as dining for 8. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. The house and neighborhood are just beautiful, check in was simple, and the host was great at communicating with us. The only thing I would change is we definitely needed more toilet paper than why was provided, and wish there was a mirror in every bedroom.
