As I arrived, I was first worried about the overall neighborhood. Then after going in the unit I was happy. The proximity to the food and beverage scene was amazing. I was staying with my brother. He thought the place was perfect. The location is fantastic. We then found by walking the neighborhood had a lot to offer. More restaurants tucked away in the quaint neighborhood. The Downtown Social was 1st place we visited and from the roof deck we could see our house. We were very pleased with the Rooms and the courtyard was a bonus for morning coffee and late night wine. The property was just as advertised with everything we needed for two nights. We enjoyed walking to several local coffee/b-fast places, and the location just off King Street made it super convenient for shopping and bumping around.
