While staying in this adorable 850 sqft. home, you\`ll fall in love with the newly redone kitchen featuring a cozy breakfast nook. You\`ll also enjoy: Deck with outdoor table & chairs Free Laundry Smart TVs in all rooms Fully stocked and equipped kitchen Extremely safe neighborhood Free Parking You are only: 10 mins to Avondale 15 mins to Downtown Charleston 30 mins to Folly Beach As you walk into the property you\`ll be delighted to see the fully remodeled and open floorplan layout of the home. You\`ll sleep soundly at night with blackout curtains and comfy memory foam mattresses stocked in both bedrooms. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That\`s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you\`ll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. As you pull into the driveway you will see two buildings. The main house (where I live) and the guest house in the back. You will be able to park 2 cars in the driveway. You will be sharing the driveway with the neighbor next door as well as the tenets in the front house, so parking can sometimes get a little tight. If you are not good at parallel parking, this is not the place for you, parking and loading/unloading vehicles was not pleasant, we came with only one vehicle.
