First of all the property is very central to everything in Charleston and right in the middle of many great restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished, kitchen was well stocked, and the owner was very easy to communicate with in regards to check in/out and recommendations for restaurants, etc. Parking was close by, and I would definitely book here again. The apartment was as described, and yes, it is above a brewery. At least for the extent of our stay, noise was not an issue within reasonable times in the evening. We just loved being able to step out on King Street and be in the middle of the 2024 SEWE events. Our only suggestion for improvement would be a better base for the bed in the master bedroom. We appreciated the space (compared to a cramped hotel room) and beautiful kitchen. When we had trouble checking in, the property manager answered my text within minutes. Rented this space for a few days for a girl’s trip. Cozy, updated condo. Nicely decorated. Awesome location right on King St.—we didn’t have to call an Uber one time the entire stay—everything is within walking distance. Host was very kind in sending us some restaurant recommendations which was greatly appreciated! The only reason we didn’t give a full 5-star review is because the balcony was not usable during our stay. There was construction going on and scaffolding was on the balcony—no furniture. The host did make us aware, but only a few days prior to our stay. Also, if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up a pretty decent-sized, unlit, narrow staircase to get to your unit. You will definitely need to use your phone as a flashlight to get up & down the stairs safely at night. Overall we were very pleased & would highly recommend this place—just recommend giving future guests a heads up on the two items mentioned. Thanks for having us! ##### Amanda D.
