We arrived late afternoon Sunday and our Citadel cadets were able to relax for about an hour before returning to campus. The moms stayed the night and enjoyed Charleston Monday. The king on the main level was perfect for them. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our tailgate, it was well stocked. The parking is a little snug for my driving skills (which aren’t great) if the lot is full, but I managed fine. We also had 3 cars and there is a convenient gravel pay lot essentially across the street so it worked out perfectly. Highly recommend this house - I likely will rent it again. I had a family member at MUSC who had surgery and wanted to be able to walk there. The location was convenient but gets pretty empty at night so I wouldn’t suggest a girl walking alone. We had our dogs at the house too which was nice. You can hear everything around the property from the garbage men, to people outside, to construction going on. Just be prepared for that. Overall the place was perfect for what we needed and the free bottle of wine from the neighborhood bodega was nice.
