1 King Master Bedroom with doors to the piazza  
  
2 Queen Guest Bedrooms, one with doors to the piazza,  
  
1 Sofabed room with doors that convert to a bedroom, doors to the piazza  
  
1 LARGE Bathroom with shower - note tub is non-functional  
  
Second floor is 800 open space: 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Beds, a Queen Bed. 1 Bathroom  
  
Kitchen is large with seating for 14+

Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.  
  
Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, bookstores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!  
  
Getting Around:  
  
You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:  
  
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:  
  
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.  
  
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.  
  
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.

This is a great place to stay. Everything we needed. Good location to King Street, shopping and dining. About a 25 minute walk to historic area. Communications with Alex were great. Would highly recommend this home.

Great location, very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. Only complaint is privacy issues in some of the bedrooms and bathroom. The doors are glass paneled and have a sheer white curtain that is see through. We put towels up for privacy. The main bathroom has a glass panel that you can see in especially at nighttime. Also put a towel up for privacy. Minor complaint. Would definitely go back and stay again.
