Our wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping, and the beach is just 15 minutes away. Equipped with 3 off-street parking spots! Operational Permit #: OP2025-05942 Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible. The Space: This rental is divided up into two rentals, one downstairs unit and one upstairs unit. This listing is for the downstairs unit. There are a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a large living area with two pullout sofas if needed. The apartment sleeps 8 total. The large kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, range, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooking tools. There is a bar with barstools for dining space but no formal dining area. Guest Access: This is a private home, guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment. The Neighborhood: The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just four short blocks from the property. Pics are from the upstairs apt, not the downstairs The pics are from the upstairs unit, which appears to be nicer. The old , musty smell was almost unbearable the min we walked in. The renovations were beautiful, just Lots of things that still needed to be completed. The kitchen felt dirty, and the inside of the drawers and cabinets were nasty, and as well as the refrigerator and microwave! The maintenance guy, (Ken) saved the day with a new microwave, and hung a blind for privacy in the bedroom, he also brought cleaning supplies, so I could clean the kitchen. The location appears sketchy.. But was actually close walking proximity to downtown, which was nice. Overall, it ended up being OK... Just not what I expected! It needs a good, construction detailed cleaning, and I think it could earn a 4star! Maybre and Daisy were very sweet and apologetic, and were quick to react to my complaints!!
