House is clean, check-in was easy, communication is VERY good and responsive. Kitchen basics are all covered and very clean. Basically an Upper King location and very walkable to downtown area or pedicabs are easy to hail or call for pickup. D'Allesandro's Pizza about a block away was a great find for our last night after needing to relax a bit.
