The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s a quaint little place but was perfect for our family of 3! We enjoyed breakfast and coffee from the bagel shop below the rental, and the noise that some mentioned was not bothersome for us.
Perfect location, within walking distance to king street. Bagel shop right below was a plus, very good! Only negative we experienced was you can hear everything (cars, music, people, etc) on the street below all night long. I would recommend bringing ear plugs or white noice machine if you are a light sleeper.
This little condo is in a good location but a little far from downtown, ok if you don’t mind walking . Very nicely decorated and the galley kitchen was good for a girls weekend. The only problem with this rental is one bedroom ( green paint) is situated so you hear the street noise at night. Below is a bagel shop (yummy bagels btw) that starts their mixes very early in the morning and these sounds can be heard as well. The other bedroom (blue), for some reason, does not seem to have any sounds issues. Both beds very comfortable.
Great location. Comfy beds and pillows. Quiet. Clean. Felt safe. Liked having the washer and dryer.

Red Sofa Bagel Shop
The living room furniture needs cleaning and the sofa needs new cushions.
Was not aware of the walk in cooler that was in an enclosed courtyard one floor below our bedroom window. the bagel shop employees accessed constantly at the break of dawn.
The ac condensers were also right outside of the bedroom window.
Overall nice place…somewhat dated…street below is busy/noisy light sleepers beware….beds were comfortable and linens all clean. Nice to have washer dryer in unit.
We would definitely stay again. Great walk-able location, easy paid parking nearby and the beds were super comfortable.

Lack of communication and cold showers
Booked stay week before, didn’t get check in info till day of arrival. Renter was nice in allowing me to correct our dates of stay easily. First night there shower was on the cooler side, reached out to renter through text and no reply. Thought renter had been in to fix it while out and water was still cold. No word from renter about issue. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and parking was accessible. Would have been happier with more communication about issues.
