The way the patio is located with access from the kitchen, the living room and a window to the master bedroom makes you feel like the outdoors is part of the space. And we brought our tiny dogs, and the patio gave them a space to be outside that was easily contained. Because the unit was technically on the lower level, it gave great space above to bring in the light and the air, without being on the same level as anyone walking by. The owners were very flexible and accommodating to let us add a day before and a day after - and we wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely consider staying at this location again. The house is beautifully restored and the apartment is very chic with exposed brick in the kitchen and lovely patio with a table and chairs where you can eat a meal just relax. The host gave us a list of recommended restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is three blocks to the restaurants and shops on King Street. For us, the real treat was walking the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood with so many houses being beautifully restored. Highly recommend this place. ##### Daniel L. Perfect little place. Love the patio with French doors for both the kitchen and living room. Location is perfect to walk to King, also went to Browns Court Bakery multiple times. Absolutely love having the parking - so crucial downtown. They are currently doing construction close to the property - not too loud but good to know. Of course it’s always like that in Charleston.
