Featuring three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms all on the first floor, this beautifully renovated property boasts luxury amenities, abundant natural light, and landscaped patios. The great room invites relaxation with a spacious sectional sofa and palm tree views, offering ample seating for gatherings. Your Charleston getaway awaits! The Space: Newly & Completely Renovated 980 square foot - 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom single family 1872 historic cottage close to everything in downtown Charleston. The primary bedroom contains a king bed, the second bedroom contains a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains a king bed. All three bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and all bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home! Private back patio with fire pit. INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, to-go cups Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) Shampoo/conditioner/soap Dish/laundry detergents Hair dryer/iron/ironing board Towels/bed linens Extra blankets and pillows Basic cooking/kitchenware/bakeware After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. Parking information The private driveway will fit one small to mid size car. Please make sure your car does not cross the driveway or you will be ticketed by the city. Xiao Bao Biscuit, The Grocery, The Ordinary, 492 and Cannon Green. The fantastic restaurants and nightlife of Upper King Street are close enough to walk but far enough to not keep you up all night. Getting Around: The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 3 blocks from this property. The outside area was wonderful, there was a lot of beautiful outside light in the living area due to a large window and perfectly positioned mirrors, and the location is walking distance from King St. very well maintained and had all that we needed. The house was very clean and a great location! Easy walk to King St and shopping. Quiet neighborhood (there was some construction but it stopped right at 5 every day). It was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom with a private bath. We had everything we needed. The only complaint is the bedroom closest to the street gets road noise at night. The location was great and easily walkable to King St and other restaurants in the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t utilize the outdoor patio because of the cold and rain. My only complaint is that one of the beds advertised as a king was really two mattresses/beds pushed together but this wasn’t much of an issue for one person. Overall, recommend! ##### Christine B. The street is a bit run down and not very clean. We saw both a live and a dead rat one evening. We had A LOT of noise on Friday night that the "noise cancelling" machines didn't cover.
