The Cottage is very private, separated from the main house. The Cottage has a privacy screen built around the property. There are two outdoor seating areas and a screened porch with a bar top for outdoor dining. The two bedrooms were spacious, and the hosts have thought of everything a guest might need including extra electrical outlets and USB ports on the nightstands. The spaces were very clean! The kitchenette even has a pebble ice maker. The Cottage’s location is on James Island, situated perfectly between the Folly Beach and Charleston—approximately 10-15 minutes to each. Also, you’re 30 minutes to Sullivan’s Island and 20ish minutes to Shem Creek Boardwalk. The Cottage at 1441 absolutely met all our requirements and exceeded our expectations!
