Kitchen has everything you need to cook and the new appliances are excellent. Plenty of space for a big gathering with all the bedrooms. Close to downtown and an easy walk to the park for kids. Great location, 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and stocked kitchen to cook and bake. Parking was great too as we had 3 vehicles. The showers are rain head so that we all enjoyed. Beds are super comfortable. A few restaurants are close by to walk to with great menus. We spent our days at the beach not shopping so can’t say how convenient it is to walk to shop on King Street. Not sure the ice maker was working properly so we bought our own and used our Yeti cooler. Communication was great and we highly recommend this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. ##### Crisy S.
