Kitchen light didn’t work. Saw a few bugs in the place. Communicated these to the owner but they were not resolved during our stay. Overall the place is old but condition okay. Very clean. Only disadvantage is teeny-tiny bathroom. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 3-4 people. The 3 of us did enjoy the stay very much. ##### jitka s. I stayed here for a girls weekend with two old friends. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were all very clear and friendly. The location is great - a nice walk from the big sights around South of Broad, the French Quarter, etc. Also, the neighborhood itself has good restaurant options in a very close walk - we enjoyed Fuel Cantina, and were sorry to miss Chasing Sage (closed Sundays). The unit was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable with easy parking. Would return! ##### Christine R. Near King St and Just 25 min walk or about a mile and a half to everything. Coffee shop 3 blocks away. Old historic house so don’t expect new :) ##### Beth N. Comfy beds, good WiFi, easy parking access… that’s all I needed. Easy walk to resultants close by, I was with my aunt so we ubered to our destinations which were quick 10 minute rides. It is an older home but isn’t that part of the charm of the city? Slept surprisingly well because the king bed was so comfortable, surprising because it can get loud outside of the house with traffic and construction. ##### Ashley O.
