This beautifully renovated unit makes up the second and third floors of a traditional Charleston Single house. Step inside your private entrance and head upstairs, where you’ll find the main living spaces including a cozy living room with a large Smart TV preloaded with the most popular streaming apps. Past the living room is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with seating for 6 at the dining table with a built-in banquet. The second-floor private piazza also offers additional outdoor entertaining space, with a comfortable seating area that offers prime people watching above bustling Spring Street. The spacious front bedroom on the second floor includes a comfortable king-sized bed, a decorative fireplace, Smart TV, seating area and workspace. This bedroom utilizes the common second floor bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower.
