This is a great property for a trip to Charleston! The house is clean, open, bright, and just the right size. The location is great- close to lots of things. We will rent again.
Our family of 5 stayed here for a visit to see our daughter at College of Charleston. The property was pristine - so clean and seems brand new. Super location as well - walking distance to everything and great restaurants steps away. Would absolutely go back!
We chose this property for a friend’s Bachelorette vacation! The property manager was pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. We were walking distance from King St., great breakfast and lunch spots, shopping and more! The place is freshly renovated, super clean, has all high end appliances, and a parking space for 1-2 cars.
Definitely recommend for your stay!
We were in Charleston for a college visit. The place was clean and family friendly. The kitchen could have had more dishes and cups to accommodate a family of 4 or larger. The beds were comfortable/
We enjoyed our stay at Jasmine! They were very accommodating with the check in and check out process and answered questions during our stay. Very clean inside! We loved the updated decor. They did not have any comforters or extra blankets so we did purchase those (and left one there!). I would recommend bringing extra coffee cups, utensils, garbage bags, and bottle opener! The outside of the property could use a little clean up. Very dirty and a lot of trash. We wished we could have enjoyed that more. Overall a great stay and close to King Street.
Beautiful property. Extremely clean. All refurbished. Close to historic areaVery limited amenities. Not a complete set of dishes nor silverware. Could not even find a bottle opener. Amenities need to be reassessed. Was quite noisy during night. Partying, horns honking and trash truck arriving at 4:00 am.
Stayed here over Christmas with 5 family members. House is super clean and fresh- just as photos show. Easy walk to King Street with shopping and restaurants. Lovely kitchen with appliance upgrades. Publix is 5 min drive away for groceries. Gravel parking just outside the door, so no long walks to parking area. 2 levels of porches. Also there is a back porch- but could not find a broom to sweep it from leaves. Home is set back from road so quiet and peaceful. Bathrooms are lovely with large showers and very very clean. Linens and beds very comfortable. Stackable Washer and dryer work well. Only recommendation for owner would be to add a window covering over back glass door and to provide baking dishes for casseroles. Very nice place , would stay here again. Thank you.
Well stocked with towels soap for baths diswasher and washing machine. Overall great experience. I am a cleaniness freak and I found it way above average. One shortcoming was in that we had 4 people but only 3 dishes and 3 bowls. Maybe you should have more. Also a direction sheet for how to work the heat pump. COULD not figure it out but my email to owner was very prompt and he explained how to switch the mode. I have used VRBO many places and always have info packet. I highly suggest it so people do not have to bother owner. Cant wait to come back.
Lovely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this. Excellent location. 2 parking spots. Newly renovated. One bedroom with bath the other two bedrooms share bath, and then there’s kitchen and living area with a half bath on the main floor. Outdoor seating on both levels. No view to speak of because you’re in small house the back of a latger house, but it doesn’t matter. The whole place is yours. We love that Holey Bagels was on the corner and King Street was just two blocks away. Really great showers. The heat and air could be controlled in every room and worked well. We didn’t cook, but it’s set up to do so. I thought it might be loud near King Street, but we stayed on a Saturday night and didn’t have any issues and we’re happy to be close by to walk to King Street during the day and night.
We loved staying at this property! This was our group’s first time in Charleston and we had a great time. The home is beautiful and all beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the available kitchen utensils and laundry. The location was perfect for hanging out on King St. The host was very responsive with any questions we had prior to our visit. Would definitely book again!
This property was updated, clean and very convenient. The neighborhood was great and so close to all of the things on King Street. The house was hidden behind another house in a quiet neighborhood and was perfect for a weekend girls trip.
The property was very nice and a fantastic location! The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved to sit out on the deck and have a glass of wine after touring Charleston. It is located close to King street but far enough away that it was very peaceful. There are also a few coffees shops close by for the morning adventures. The management was very helpful with any questions and quick to respond. We definitely will stay here again!
It is a cute house, but I rated cleanliness as a 1. There were chip crumbs on the living room floor when we arrived, hair on some of the furniture and floor and the front and back patio were filthy (needs to be blown off and need of pressure washer). Considering the price we paid, I would expect it to be very clean. I recommend more dish towels and a few more dishes and kitchen utensils. The location was perfect and we didn't have trouble with the parking (even though it was a tight fit)Thank you for supplying light bulbs in the drawer because we had to change some out ourselves.
The host is a company so we were expecting to have trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels and basic spices. This house was the perfect location but was bare bones when it came to essentials we should not have to buy considering how much we paid for the place. It is a great location, parking is available, which is a must for dt Charleston. However, we were super disappointed by getting ONE 1,ROLL of tp for 5 people for a week. The house sleeps 6 people, yet they don't have enough silverware for 6 people. They have enough for 4 people. Since this property and the ones around it are owned by a cooperation they certainly were cheap. There was black hair everywhere as well in the kitchen sink, the toilet bowl, the shower, and on the floor so I can't say it was sparking clean. The upstairs bathroom has nowhere to put soap or any shampoo bottles although they have a rack in the same shower in the master bedroom. The inside needs work, but you can't beat the location.
The check in was easy. We loved the brightness of the house and it was a great location for Uber rides and walks through Charleston. The man who brought us extra dishes and glasses was very kind. *Originally there were not enough dishes in the kitchen for 5 guests. The house needed some warmth and cozy touches such as blankets in each bedroom (only one bedroom had a blanket), appropriate artwork on the wall to add some warmth and coziness to the house. Please provide board games and playing cards for guests, which I have seen in most properties. There was only 1 roll of paper towels in the entire house and a mini size bottle of Dawn, which was odd. Lastly, the porch in the backyard was full of leaves and dirt when we arrived so we did not sit out there. These are small items and overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again.
This property is well located near King Street within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The property is cute and well decorated. We had several issues with parking during our visit despite having a specified spot for the unit. We were unable to access the spot on our first evening and had extreme difficulty leaving on check out day as another car had blockedus in. Also, the unit is poorly stocked. There are several things missing from the kitchen, one bathroom had an empty soap dispenser, and there were no extra blankets. We also found someone else’s hair had been left behind in a shower. The overall experience at the property was fine but not without inconveniences that you don’t wish to encounter while on vacation
