This light-filled second-floor apartment is available for 30-night minimum rentals. The property is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, just one block from King Street. Situated at the end of an historic cobblestone alley, the apartment is a peaceful retreat from the bustling city-life. Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible. Courtyard & Heated Pool are shared. The Space: Walk through the private entrance to find boutique furnishings, plank hardwood floors, and comfortable accommodations. The suite features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a generous kitchenette. The bathroom has a large tiled shower and ample storage space. The kitchenette features a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, and a two-burner cooktop. Guests will have access to the shared courtyard with a koi pond, as well as the heated saltwater pool. There is one private off-street parking space included at no additional cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Prime location with quick and easy access to surrounding areas! Guest Access: This is a private apartment with it's own separate entrance. Guests have access to the shared courtyard, patio, and heated swimming pool. I suggest getting your groceries delivered your first day to have some supplies at the place if you don’t want to eat out every meal.
