The property is in good location just a 5 minute walk from King St. and in close proximity to lots of great restaurants. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We only had 3 relatively minor complaints. The photos of the rooftop deck in the VRBO listing of the apartment show lights and cushions on the outdoor furniture, but neither was anywhere to be found. The outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable without cushions. We understand that the outdoor elements do a lot of damage to outdoor fabrics , but nonetheless, if you’re going to show outdoor seating cushions in the property photos, the property should have them, even if you keep them stored in a outdoor deck box when not in use. Another complaint we have is that there was no hot water in the upstairs bedroom sink and the water pressure was very weak, but only for that one sink. Water pressure for all of the other sinks and shower/tub was fine. Lastly, the upstairs bathroom sink drain was completely clogged, so much so, that I was forced to take apart the plumbing pipes under the drain, and pull out what looked like a years worth of hair and disgusting gunk. It only took me 10 minutes and afterwards the sink drained perfectly. ##### Eric R.
