The house is only rented in the summer while maintaining residency for the rest of the year. Located conveniently 3 blocks from Center Street, you are within walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants, and beach bars. This home has all the finishes and amenities with upgraded kitchen appliances, solid quartz counters, and a tankless water heater providing endless hot water for everyone's showers. The home has been outfitted with comfortable couches, dining chairs, beds with Consumer Reports top-rated king and queen mattresses, and ultra-HD TVs in all bedrooms. Also, the downstairs bedroom sleeps 3 in a full/twin bunk bed combo. We rented a golf cart which was perfect for beach travel. This house was perfect for our family. We loved the neighborhood and ease of walking to the small Folly Beach town. The home and property are beautiful with kitchen updates, appealing decor and a perfectly manicured lawn. The backyard is beautiful with a brand new outdoor shower and large, clean swimming pool with plenty of seating. We loved the screened in porch and multiply porches off bedrooms and the location was so perfect for walking to town for shopping and eating. The beach was close enough to walk to and owners provided a great cart to carry beach items as well as four bikes with helmets, which our children enjoyed. We also travel with two dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the fenced backyard with swimming pool was great for our family! We rented a golf cart which made the trek to the beach a lot easier since there is ample golf cart parking at the 3rd Street beach access. There are a lot of stairs at this property, but otherwise it is amazing and the kitchen is fully stocked. ##### Tommy L. Extremely inviting and comfortable home ready to receive families with kids. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped. The bedrooms offer every comfort possible with bathrooms on-suite or nearby! Our family stayed for the thanksgiving holiday and it was a pleasure to bike around town, go to the beach just 2.5 blocks away and even walk to town for breakfast or local seafood! The entire property is impeccable and the hosts/management company made everything very easy. There is Yoga nearby as well as a supermarket.
