Very clean and modern room. Great location. We felt safe on the grounds. Nice indoor pool and gym. Accommodating to our service dog traveling with us. Reception desk wasnt overly friendly but not rude either. We were only there for 1 night, but have nothing bad to say, we would stay here again for sure. There was a really cool golfing thing across the street that was fun to watch. And if you were going to the coliseum, would be a very easy walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby

Jeff at the front desk was very friendly and the rest of the staff was very great! Our room was clean. I would recommend shelves in the shower so you can put your products on, as there were none and I had to put them in the floor. The hotel was very clean.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was not very friendly or welcoming. She avoided eye contact and came across as quite rude. She was a very young girl, so I’m choosing to give her the benefit of the doubt that she may simply need more experience with customer service. Other than that, our stay was great! The hotel was clean, our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The location was also very convenient and close to the outlets, which was a huge plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
