This property was perfect for us! Very convenient to many shops and restaurants on King Street within walking distance. The on-site parking is a huge benefit. We loved this property! The unit was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with everything needed for a nice stay! Great location to King Street and approximately 2 miles to the waterfront. The courtyard was wonderful with water fountains and comfortable couches and tables with chairs. There was also a very helpful itinerary with restaurant recommendations! It was beautifully decorated & furnished. Everything was as pictured and promised. A very nice surprise were the several outdoor seating areas with softly flowing fountains, all separated by low hedges for privacy. Property was beautiful,clean & great location. The only problem was the WIFI kept dropping & it was difficult to work from this property. Jamie the property manager was awesome. Location was very convenient, a block away from the main strip, close enough to walk everywhere but far enough that it was quiet at night. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Beds and furniture are comfortable. AC worked well. Off street parking was a plus. Only issue was that we did not get any information on the check in process due to a system error but I called the number provided and a lovely woman walked me through everything.
