The unit appeared to be very well cleaned and maintained. We loved the highly walkable area and found some great restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. One thing to note is that two of the bedrooms are upstairs in the former attic level, so the beds have low head clearance and the bathrooms are small. We did have two adults successfully sleep up there, but felt those bedrooms would be best suited for children. One note for the host is that we would have appreciated optional plug-in air fresheners since (like all historic southern homes) it can smell a bit musty in the summer. Location was great too, just far enough out of the hustling downtown area, but within walking distance to the market, harbor area, and plenty of great restaurants! The stove in kitchen will turn on if you are at sink if you bump it. It happened 3 times while we were there. Very dangerous.Third floor is very difficult to access with luggage. ##### Pam W. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the visitor's center where we caught our shuttle out to the Village. We enjoyed the courtyard and fire pits after a long day. I highly recommend to those looking for comfort, convenience and have the physical ability to climb stairs. ##### Amanda S.
