Rented both units. Provided plenty of space for our family. Loved the location and amenities. Only issue we had was parking and it was quickly resolved. Thanks for allowing us to rent your property.

The listing specifically says two side-by-side apartments. They are stacked with steep stairs. Otherwise, the apartments are clean and comfortable. Check-in is at 4 (an hour later than usual) and check-out is at 10 (an hour earlier than usual).

We were with a group of 8 adults, 8 kids - was a great place to stay renting out full property and having both apartments to go between. The location is great to walk to almost anywhere, but was also a very busy college party street. We didn't mind and thought was kind of fun/funny to watch but is a very busy party area (at least weekend we were there), however mixed in neighbors having dinner parties on patios...so a great mix of all!
