The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were great, and everything was spotless with plenty of fresh towels and linens.The location is also fantastic … literally a 30-second walk to King Street and just a couple minutes walk to Uptown Social, Mesu, Félix etc. and tons of other amazing bars, restaurants and shops.Our host was one of the friendliest and most communicative people I’ve ever booked with. They made everything so easy and were an absolute pleasure to chat with. Check-in was seamless, and everything about our stay just worked out perfectly.I can’t recommend this place enough. Details that detracted from the visit included things like: two wine glasses in the home that sleeps 7-8 people, broken dishwasher top rack, no coffee filters (but complimentary ground coffee), clogged bathroom sink, and the fact that the house is located in the midst of a construction zone and we had to deal with construction noise during the day. These were all pretty minor issues and the host responded in a way that we were satisfied with but some guests may have found these things to be more problematic than a minor nuisance. Cracked champagne flutes. 13 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses for 3 adults. Parking was very tight, but got a VW Atlas into the 2 allotted spots.
