"You will not be disappointed in the unobstructed views of Sunday Canyon! The deck provides comfortable seating to enjoy the amazing view. House was clean and well equipped for a memorable stay. The garage was a huge plus. Communication with host was excellent."

"We stayed over Labor Day weekend to attend a concert, celebrate my birthday, and relax with friends and everything about our stay was perfect! Trust me when I say that despite how good the pictures on the site are they don’t/can’t do justice to how incredible the view is from the house. It took my breath away each time I saw it and watching the sun rise over the canyon each morning with a cup of coffee was probably the highlight of my trip. If you are looking for comfortable, well stocked accommodations with a kind and very responsive host and a view that will knock your socks off then look no further than the Cliffside home. I can’t wait for our next visit!"

"Beverly was the most gracious and helpful host for our trip. If you are visiting Palo Duro canyon-This place is perfect. Minutes away, but you also get your own beautiful views . The Aoudad come to visit, as do hummingbirds, and The Deer. This place was so peaceful and relaxing"

"If you’re looking for 5-star accommodations, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a truly unique experience, then I highly recommend checking this place out. Our two kids absolutely loved looking at the animals on the property and you couldn’t be closer to Palo Duro state park unless you stayed in the park. Sad Monkey Mercantile nearby provides some nice convenience. Very clean and unique property. For clarity, the bathroom is the only room that doesn’t have AC but with the fan my family found it very comfortable. We treated it like a glamping experience and couldn’t have been more pleased."

"The house was absolutely beautiful and the view was breathtaking. We were less than 5 minutes from the park entrance so the location can't be better. Definitely bring a telescope because the stargazing can't be beat. We will definitely book with them again."
