"Cute, clean and cozy cottage with a lovely yard and view. Quick drive to downtown Charlevoix and other areas. Good value for the location. Beds were comfortable and check in/out was easy. One thing to note is that the lake isn’t really swimmable or fishable from the shore of the house which was a bit disappointing, but there is a rowboat, canoe and kayaks provided, and several beaches nearby. Nice large fire pit with ample outdoor seating."

"What a gem! The hosts are genuine people who care about their guests. Breakfasts were superb! The entire home and its beautiful, flowered landscape were so comfortable and welcoming. Wonderful stay! Looking forward to return next visit in the area."

"Amazing house in a great location close enough to the action but far enough away from town to have your own secluded getaway. Communication with hosts was great and any request we had was addressed quickly. Would recommend for anyone wanting to see the beauty of Charlevoix as well as be within driving distance for day trips to Mackinac Island and the Sleeping Bear Dunes but want to avoid heavy tourist areas. Awesome vacation!"

"Was very happy with our stay… Mike was very nice and provided us all the information we needed… The property views were beautiful. The area in either Charlevoix or Boyne had so much to do. We took our pet everywhere with us and he enjoyed the beach. It was really nice that we were able to bring our fur baby."

"The place was rustic, but very nice and large enough for seven of us. Access to the lake was down some stairs and a short walk. Lake access good and dock was large enough. The only oven was wood burning. We did not use that instead using plug-in skillet and counter top oven. Tennis/pickleball courts were in good condition and kayaks and a canoe were also. All in all, a good time."

"Cute little rental spot only a few minutes out of town. The dock was perfect to fish off of and enjoy a peaceful relaxing evening. We had a few hiccups, but the hosts were excellent and took care of it immediately! The second bathroom off of the kitchen is very tiny and my 6’2 husband was a little squished on the loo. If we’re ever back in the area, would stay again!"
