"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good condo. We’ve rented this one before and would do so again. Pro’s Great location. Living space is roomy. Nice and comfortable furniture. Service was good, at check-in and when requests made. Pool is nice with towels provided. Con’s Small refrigerator. Slight musty smell. Could use more than one dish towel. Bedroom small but not a deal breaker. Would have liked access to TV channels, not just Roku TV. None of the “cons” would stop us from renting this particular condo again."

"You cannot beat this location within Charlevoix. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The walk to parking is very short and secure. The place was clean, well stocked, and the king size bed was comfortable. It’s pet friendly which is wonderful, and Charlevoix has a nice dog park a 5 minute drive from downtown Charlevoix. Joan, our host, was a good communicator and we had zero issues during our week-long stay. We will definitely be back."
