This would be an amazing property when a bit warmer. The outside space would be wonderful for meals. The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Fabio is an excellent host. He does a great job explaining the property and was very quick to respond both before and after arrival. The location is a short drive to Pienza. We did not walk to town. "
