"Everything was great except 2 things. We arrived later in the evening and when we got to our room there was no soap in the bathroom (on sink) and due to the timing no maid service to get some from. Secondly, and most importantly, the HVAC system is incredibly loud! It sounded like an airplane reviving up for takeoff. We were exhausted and finally got to sleep but it woke us up during the night when it went on. "

"Decent place for a quick one night business trip. Friendly staff, clean room, excellent breakfast. The heater on my room was terribly loud; it woke me several times during the night when it cycled on. It sounds like a frieght train with a rattle. "

"Check-in was super easy and the lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfy. There were some issues with the shower (heat/water pressure) and the ice machine on floor 9 (broken) and no complimentary water (although the bartender was VERY nice and filled up my water bottle with ice water). Parking was easy and the location was convenient and great for the price. Would definitely stay again and recommend! "

"Carpets are very dirty with stains, nasty carpet Someone was vacuum cleaning after 9pm, and neighbors room was screaming late night. I had a busy trip and was looking forward to rest and have my sleep, but unfortunately the amount of noise was unbearable. "

"The bathroom was filthy. When the room was supported on our second day, the used coffee grounds were spilled in the middle of the living area. The public bar was completely out of liquor. The escalator was out of service. For a hotel in an elite area of the Nation’s Capital, this was a great disappointment. It was very unkept and dirty. "
