Each villa is designed to ensure complete privacy from the others. Margarita’s Villa I is newly constructed and ideally located between the center of Chania and the town of Agia Marina, close to several sandy beaches. The villa covers 270 m² and is spread across four levels, accommodating up to 10 guests. Ground Floor The ground floor features two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be joined together, and includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and its own kitchenette. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. This floor has a private entrance from outdoors, providing additional privacy for guests, and is also accessible via stairs from the first floor. First Floor Upon entering the villa on the first floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area that includes the main dining area, living room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room is air-conditioned and features two sofas, a 52-inch satellite HDTV with streaming services, a fireplace, and an office area. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality fixtures and appliances, as well as a smaller dining table. Large balcony doors in both the dining and kitchen areas lead to the terrace, which provides access to outdoor dining, the pool, and barbecue areas. There is also a WC on this floor. Between the first and second floors, there is a laundry room with a washing machine. Second Floor The second floor has two bedrooms, accessed via a stairway with a fixed children’s stair gate. One bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and two private balconies.
