You have access to a private garden and pool, and each room opens directly to the outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The villa features a spacious balcony for relaxing and taking in the view. With a total area of 400 square meters, including a large outdoor space, you will experience comfort and relaxation. Located only 500 meters from the historic Venetian harbor and the center of Chania, you are close to the city's culture and charm. It is an ideal choice for both relaxation and exploration.
