The apartment is Brand New, modernly decorated and 1.5min walk (130m) from the beach (Nea Chora beach, the only blue flagged within Chania’s city). Pegasus apartment (aside of its modern interior design, great amenities and next to the beach location) is only 7-8min walk from the Old Town and Chalidon Street! Furthermore, located on the residential area immediately next to the Old Town, means that you can easily find free parking spots, without having to pay. Also, the strategic location advantages include the easy entrance/exit to the motorway, which is only 4min by car, without having to get into Chania’s heavy traffic . The motorway, links Elafonisi, Falassarna, Balos, and of course the other cities of Crete like Rethymnon and Herakleion. Agora, is only 12min on foot, and pretty much a straight line.
