Welcome to our villa which is located on the top of a hill, 1.700 meters away from city center and beaches area. Enjoy the private pool and stunning views of the Cretan sea, town of Chania and mountains (Lefka ori). What makes this villa special is that you enjoy absolute privacy as the villa is on a privately owned hill and there are no other buildings nearby. Our Villa includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,1 toilet, kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, free wifi, private parking, security, bbq. 📌What makes this villa unique, is its location. You will be very close to the city center but at the same time in a very peaceful area that you will feel you are in the countryside. Is the perfect villa for families that parents want to relax and kids not to be bored. Enjoy the privacy this villa offers you and anything you need, you can find it just minutes away from the villa. Our villa is located in the secluded, quiet neighborhood of Lentariana. The house is built on the top of a hill, in a cluster of pines and olive trees with unencumbered views of the Cretan sea, mountains (Lefka ori) and the city of Chania. Α private road leads to the villa and is accessed by a private entrance. You can park you car in the interior parking and after use the interior stairs to access to the entire villa. ✔️Ground floor In the ground floor is located a fully equipment kitchen and an open space with two dinning rooms and two living rooms with amazing view. Also there is an small bedroom with queen size bed and a toilet. Outdoors there is a swimming pool for your own exclusive use, an outdoor lounge, six sun loungers with towels, an outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower. ✔️ First floor The first floor consists of one bedroom (master bedroom) with a double (queen) size bed,an ensuite closet and an ensuite bathroom. The area is inhabited by local residents, so you will have the experience to feel like a native resident. Because the villa is at the top of a private hill, the closest houses are 180 meters away, so there is no noise and you will feel like staying in the countryside even though you will be so close to the city of Chania. Very near the property you will find supermarket, bakery, café and other small shops. ➤Getting around Within a few minutes there is a bus stop where you can use it to go to the center of Chania or reach the villa. We recommend that you rent a car to move and explore Crete or as a second option to use a taxi. We can propose to you a company with drivers speaking English. The villa has a private parking area for several cars, which is protected by an external fencing and a remote-controlled door. If I could give 6 stars I would. From the start we were greeted by fantastic hosts who supplied us with a full cupboard and fridge of local products and good local info of where to go and what to do. The villa is located just above the town of Chania on a private road, it has gated access and a garage to keep the car cool. The kitchen is modern with all mod cons including a large fridge freezer with Ice on tap. The bedrooms are all good sizes and all rooms have a. balcony with a view. The best part of the villa is the outside area which has a large terrace with a lovely pool and has a glass wrap around balcony to enjoy the sea views and the town below. Being high up there was always a breeze which was well needed in the middle of August. Taxi's to the centre of town were only 7 euros and took 15 minutes to get into the town. The town itself was beautiful and despite being there for 10 days, we only scraped the surface, we cant wait to return one day and discover some more. If you are looking for a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings with all mod cons which is only a short drive from the hustle and bustle of a beautiful historic and vibrant town then this is the place for you. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough, for anyone that values their privacy this is an idea place to stay, yet close enough to Chania to walk in to town for those of you who enjoy walking. We opted for the 8 euro taxi ride. Everything you need is there for you to use. Antonis was at the end of the phone if you require any type of assistance and he was very helpful to us when we needed him at very short notice. Great villa, great stay we highly recommend it. Words cannot express the beauty of the villa (impeccably clean) and the fantastic surrounding views. The photos do not do it justice (we have stayed at many villas around Greece and the world). We arrived to a well stocked refrigerator and had everything we needed, and even more. There is plenty of privacy and quiet, and we did not want to leave. We stayed for 8 days and the sunsets were the best show in town (I think even better than down in Chania). It is easy to explore the region (by car) from the villa, and we chose to walk to Chania and back after dinner when we ate out. Also easy to have a taxi sent, as we did the first day since we had dinner reservations (our arrival was delayed at the car rental company in Heraklion). The villa is appropriate for families (many bedrooms/bathrooms) and sitting areas inside and out, as well as couples looking for a romantic getaway.
