We had an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed. The property is right in the heart of Old Town Chania and we had a beautiful view of the light house and sunset from our balcony. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and very filling. They communicated throughly before our stay and sent us multiple parking options that were close to the hotel since no cars are allowed in Old Town. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the service is amazing and Julia at reception is very friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions. Check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth especially that my flight was 3 hours delayed - i was able to communicate with the hotel and ensure that they are aware so they can ensure an easy check in. The room is amazing and very spacious and clean.
