They communicated throughly before our stay and sent us multiple parking options that were close to the hotel since no cars are allowed in Old Town. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the service is amazing and Julia at reception is very friendly and helpful with advice and suggestions. Check-in and check-out was very easy and smooth especially that my flight was 3 hours delayed - i was able to communicate with the hotel and ensure that they are aware so they can ensure an easy check in. The room is amazing and very spacious and clean.
