Rooms are very clean and tidy although the bathrooms are rather small. The hotel owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable, the owner upgraded us as there weren't any of the other rooms left which was great. I would say , the upstairs made noises all night , unfortunately the furniture needs pads on the legs etc so when people move furniture it doesn't make a disturbing noise. Hence didn't have a great sleep due to the upstairs noise. Chania is underbar stad. Människor är vänliga, korrekta och alltid redo att hjälpa. Vi kände trygghet och njöt både mat och vädret. Havet är rent och bekväm särskild för barn. Rauhallinen paikka, viereiset talot eivät ehkä ole kaikkein nätimpiä, mutta sen ei kannata häiritä.Mereen parikymmentä metriä. Lähin uimaranta parin sadan metrin päässä. Ranta on valvomaton, kapea suikale rantabulevardin ja meren välissä.Ravintoloihin/baareihin parikymmentä metriä meren suuntaan. Nämä baarit on kivoja siinäkin mielessä, että niissä käy enimmäkseen paikallisia, jos turistien katselu väsyttää. Aamiainen testattu vain ekana aamuna, oli hieman pettymys, pelkkää vehnää erimuodoissa. Kannattanee käydä muualla aamiaisella, vaikka noissa lähibaareissa, joissa se pikkasen halvempaakin. Tosi kiva ja puhelias isäntä hotellilla, töissä myös vanhemmat. Myöhäinen sisäänkirjaus hotelliin aamuyöstä onnistui hyvin etukäteen sopimalla.Huoneessa ilmastointi ja jääkaappi, joiden hurina voi ärsyttää arkakorvaa. Netti toimi hyvin. Huoneissa ei ole tallelokeroa.
