The apartment is on the third floor, it is well ventilated and bright. It has an air-conditioned bedroom, with a double bed and 4K smart TV, 1 bathroom with washing machine, large kitchen, FULLY EQUIPPED. Large air-conditioned living room with 4K smart TV, sofa bed and table. Big and nice terrace! It is a very bright house, with all the comforts of a modern house, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your holidays. It will definitely make you feel at home! Public street parking available anytime!  
65 sqm space with a large balcony in the best area of ​​Chania, Crete, 5 minutes walk to the center of Chania, Crete and 5 minutes to the sea. It is located in a quiet area, in Dikastirio Square away from the traffic, very close to the city center (1km from the Municipal Market and the Venetian port as well as 5 minutes from Koum Kapi beach). There are also a supermarket, mini market, bakery, pastry shop, coffee shops and a city bus stop, 50 meters away. Also, traditional Greek restaurants, where you can enjoy good local food.
