There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. It is in the middle of the old town of chania. The room is nicely decorated and was always clean and tidy. It was quite spacious for two people. We really enjoyed it as it was in a perfect location and everything was reachable in walking distance. The two guys at the reception were always friendly and up for a small chat. They gave us great hints for dining, drinks and beautiful beaches. They were very helpful abd dis the best for us to enjoy our stay.
