The bathroom definitely needs remodeling and is crowded. A few minutes walk from the popular pedestrian path. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities needed to live there for many days. Even a washing machine! The balcony was very big and nice to sit there. If you own a car, it may take some time to find some parking at the street. The owner was very friendly and available to address our requests or questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and Georgios was very kind and accommodating. The kitchen was also very well equipped with all types of utensils, but would be great if it had salt, pepper and sugar included in the kitchen too. Location wise - it was a good location and within walking distance from the bus stop and the nearby attractions. Did not have a car so buses were very convenient, reliable, and combined with Anendyk ferries an economical way to travel in Crete. Georgios, the owner was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and approachable which made our 2 weeks stay in Chania very enjoyable. Room cleaned daily and kitchen came with complimentary Cretan olive oil, wine and rake which we enjoyed. Love Crete and its friendly locals, beaches, food, scenic views of mountain and sea, historical monasteries, beautiful alleys for strolling and not so crowded in May.
